Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Ravico LLC reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Ravico LLC in asserting any available defenses. You agree not to settle any such claim without the prior written consent of Ravico LLC.
6. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
6.1 Termination by Ravico LLC
Ravico LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation:
Breach of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws or regulations
Fraudulent, harassing, or abusive behavior
Extended periods of inactivity
Technical or security issues
Discontinuation or material modification of the Service
6.2 Termination by User

8.2 Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of tellebook.com shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missoula County, Montana. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise.
8.3 Informal Dispute Resolution

8.4 Arbitration Agreement
If informal dispute resolution is unsuccessful, you and Ravico LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or the use of the Service (collectively, “Disputes”) will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration will be conducted in Missoula, Montana, unless you and Ravico LLC agree otherwise. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
8.5 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND RAVICO LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and Ravico LLC agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
8.6 Exceptions to Arbitration
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek equitable relief in court for infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights (such as trademarks, trade dress, domain names, trade secrets, copyrights, and patents) without first engaging in arbitration or the informal dispute resolution process.
8.7 Time Limitation on Claims
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
8.8 Waiver of Jury Trial
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND RAVICO LLC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ACTION OR LITIGATION IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9.3 Notice Requirements
